    An award-winning creative director and VFX supervisor, most recently working at the former Mill/MPC New York studios in 2021, bringing his leadership to elevate the studio’s visual effects capabilities for top creative agencies and global brands.

    Matt’s career began 22 years ago in long-form episodic and feature film work in his native Australia, before embarking on a nine-year tenure at Framestore, where he led groundbreaking creative projects for clients such as Apple, Meta, Samsung, Marvel, Sony, Netflix and Mastercard amongst others.

    His expertise in fostering dynamic creative partnerships with directors, production companies and agencies has cemented his reputation as a leader in the evolving landscape of visual storytelling.

    A Senior Executive Producer of the former Mill New York studio, Camila has shaped numerous award-winning campaigns, collaborating with top advertising agencies and visionary directors. Joining MPC/The Mill in 2013 as Head of Production, she quickly became Executive Producer and now leads key client relationships across advertising, film, and long-form content.

    With 18 years of experience, Camila’s work spans brands like Microsoft, Coca-Cola,Meta, Mercedes-Benz, and agencies such as BBDO and McCann.

    Originally from Argentina, she trained in film production at Universidad del Cine and The New School. A leader in the industry, she blends innovation and artistry to create impactful visual experiences.

    A visionary leader with a proven track record of building businesses, developing top talent, and fostering high-performance cultures. Beginning his career at MPC London, he quickly advanced, mastering visual effects technology while bridging the gap between creative and commercial demands. His expertise in delivering cutting-edge content for major agencies and global brands set the foundation for his leadership success.

    In 2010, Justin launched MPC’s New York studio, growing it from a six-person startup to a thriving operation of over 175 employees. As Managing Director, he expanded MPC’s North American presence, overseeing a 200+ person studio in Culver City and driving growth across traditional production and emerging technologies.

    Since 2020, Justin has served as Managing Director of Final Cut North America, overseeing Editorial, Visual Effects, and Sound Design/Production in New York and Los Angeles. Under his leadership, the company underwent a strategic rebrand, achieving significant growth and solidifying its reputation as an industry leader.
